More testing does not automatically mean more clarity
Your history, symptoms, fertility journey and existing results come first. Testing is selected when it can help answer a meaningful question, clarify priorities or guide a more personalized plan.
There is no fixed panel that every person needs. Recommendations are individualized, and additional testing may be considered as new information emerges
FUNCTIONAL LABS, SELECTED WITH PURPOSE
Functional Testing
-
A broader look at patterns involving thyroid function, nutrient and iron status, inflammation, blood-sugar regulation, metabolic health and other foundational markers.
-
A detailed assessment of the gut microbiome, digestion, intestinal inflammation and immune-related patterns that may be relevant to whole-body and reproductive health.
Comprehensive bloodwork and GI-MAP are the usual foundation within comprehensive 1:1 care. Testing is still confirmed after reviewing the individual’s history and existing results.
Additional testing when indicated
-
Testing such as DUTCH may provide additional information about hormone production, metabolism and cycle patterns when symptoms and history support the need.
-
HTMA may be considered to explore mineral patterns and related metabolic or stress patterns when it would add useful context.
-
OAT may be considered when a deeper look at nutrient-related, metabolic, microbial or energy-production patterns is relevant to the case.
-
Mycotoxin or Total Tox Burden testing may be considered when the health history or environmental exposure raises a meaningful question.
-
Testing such as EMMA/ALICE may be discussed in selected fertility cases when reproductive-microbiome information could be relevant alongside medical care
You do not have to arrive knowing which lab to choose. We start with your story, review what has already been completed and decide what - if anything - would add meaningful clarity.
